Details
The MT574 is a CAT IV 600V CAT III 1000V Digital High Voltage Tester with measurements from 100V DC to 5000V DC, with increments of 50V on each range, and will automatically discharge the circuit after the test has been completed. Using the range buttons switches, 6 preset ranges of 100V, 250V, 500V, 1000V, 2500V and 5000V can be selected, with an insulation resistance up to 10TΩ. The microprocessor controlled MT574 has the capabilities of being a diagnostic tool and is intended for testing insulation on Rotating Machines, Transformers, Cables, High Voltage Generators, Electric Circuits and Surge Arrestors as the short circuit current output is up to 6mA. 500 test measurement results can be saved in the memory of the meter and recalled onto the LCD display. The large backlit LCD display indicates the readings of insulation, measuring time, output voltage and output current. The MT574 can measure AC up to 750V and DC voltage up to 1000V, DCA up to 6mA and Capacitance up to 50µA, and is housed in a robust case ideal for extended field use, powered by 12.6V rechargeable 1.5V batteries. Stored data can be transferred to a PC using an optical USB and software supplied.
